Combining a larger stainless steel blade with a comfortable Beech wood handle, this durable turning peel enables you to turn and move pizza with greater ease and control. The tear drop shape is designed to enhance the turning motion, with the entire blade being pressed and welded for a snag-free experience. The perforated metal lets excess flour fall through for delicious crust without the unwanted burnt taste. Designed to be ergonomic, the wood handle shifts the center of gravity closer to the hand for more control when moving pizza. The soft touch of the wooden handle is timeless and classic in its feel.
